Mir Mahboob Hussain

Mir Mahboob Hussain brings more than twenty-eight years of international experience in civil and structural engineering across the UAE, India, Oman, KSA, Seychelles, Denmark and Iraq. He has led the delivery of complex high-rise, commercial, retail, hotel, and mixed-use developments with a strong focus on design quality, value engineering, authority compliance, and efficient project coordination.

Throughout his career, he has managed multidisciplinary teams, supervised major construction works, and worked closely with clients, contractors, and government authorities to ensure technically sound and buildable solutions. He carries unlimited structural approval from Dubai Municipality, Fujairah Municipality and Sharjah Municipality.

His leadership approach combines technical insight, practical engineering judgment, and a clear understanding of how business, design, and construction come together to create successful projects. Several landmark developments have benefited from his involvement, including Dubai Mall Zabeel Extension, Business Bay hotel towers, Masdar, and multiple international works.

As Managing Director at Classic Engineering Consultants, Mir oversees strategy, operations, and project delivery while ensuring that the firm maintains its commitment to quality, innovation, and client value.
